Ebony is an experienced business and technology strategist who is passionate about working with clients in the agriculture sector to improve farm profitability, productivity and resilience through nature-based strategies, and developing climate resilience and adaptation solutions for regional communities.
​
Throughout her 15-year career Ebony has been a trusted advisor to some of Australia's largest organisations and executives across the agriculture, mining, renewable energy, financial services and retail sectors. Prior to opening SEAOAK, Ebony held various senior positions at Deloitte over 7 years including within the climate advisory and emissions solutions team.

Ebony is passionate about homesteading and on a small block of land in rural Victoria currently grows apples, plums, peaches, apricots, lemons, limes, oranges, blueberries, mulberries, grapes, olives, and a large variety of seasonal vegetables.

Carli Davis

Carli is an experienced sustainability strategist with a background in regenerative agriculture. Carli’s work has spanned from farm to fork, including addressing the complex challenges and opportunities within waste prevention, regenerative agriculture, soil health, biodiversity, and more.
Carli has held sustainability-related positions at PwC, Calm the Farm, Yumi Foods, and R.M. Williams, and is also the co-owner of a certified organic commercial farm in Northland New Zealand where they produce organic avocados, bananas, pineapples, and multi-species pasture silage.
